Council Coverage is operated by SynthOps LLC. Here's what happens to your information and your pages.
When you reserve a read, we store the details you enter (name, email, project details) to schedule your read and to email you about it. We never sell or share them. Reply to any email, or write to askus@synthops.ai, to be removed.
Files you upload through a private link are stored on our server in a private directory readable only by the service, and copied to our operator machine to run the council. They're processed through the business APIs of frontier AI model providers solely to produce your report, and read by one human reviewer on Council Pro. We never use your work to train models and never share it. Your uploaded file is deleted 30 days after delivery. The report is kept so we can answer questions, and we'll delete it on request.
We measure visits with a cookieless, first-party counter: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no profile of you. It records the page, the referring site and screen width so we can tell which pages are useful.
